Round Sheffield Run

Round Sheffield Run is a multi stage trail running event across Sheffield that combines several short races into a single route. The full route measures 24 km, of which 20 km are covered by 11 individually timed stages. Each stage is recorded separately and an overall time is also issued; participants receive times within seconds of finishing.

The event route runs on trails and parkland through Sheffield and highlights varied terrain and scenery. Stages are intended to be run consecutively with walking or resting allowed between stages while participants move from one timed section to the next. The format supports individual entries and paired teams.

Event logistics include an informal festival atmosphere after the run with food, draft ales, and a DJ. Results from past editions are available and the event operates both summer and winter editions. The summer event dates are listed for 27th and 28th June 2026 and a winter edition is listed for 10th January 2026.
