The Cordwell Colossus

The Cordwell Colossus is a challenging 20-mile trail run held in North East Derbyshire, near the eastern edge of the Peak District. Starting and finishing at Holmesfield Village Hall, the course loops anticlockwise through the scenic Cordwell and Linacre Valleys, featuring undulating countryside paths, woodland trails, and farmland with 840-950m of ascent. Runners and fast walkers have a 6-hour cut-off to complete the route, which offers a mix of runnable trails and more technical single tracks.
