The Cordwell Colossus

Cordwell Colossus is a 20-mile trail run in North East Derbyshire on the edge of the Peak District. The course loops through the Cordwell and Linacre Valleys, weaving woodland tracks, farmland lanes and single-track trails with views from higher ground. The route covers just over 20 miles with about 840 metres of ascent and is open to runners and fast walkers who can complete within a six-hour limit.

The event starts at Holmesfield Village Hall, Holmesfield, Dronfield (S18 7WZ), with checkpoints and finish refreshments. All finishers receive a medal; prizes go to the first male and first female.
