Course and support

Surfaces range from runnable trails and lanes to single track and trods. Some less obvious sections will be marked and a GPX file and route notes are available on the race webpage; basic navigation skills are desirable. The event is open to runners and fast walkers who can meet a 6 hour cut off time.

There are two checkpoints on the route with sweet and savoury supplies and further refreshments for finishers at the village hall. All finishers receive a Cordwell Colossus medal. Prizes are awarded to the first male and first female runners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
