The Belper Rover 2026
The Belper Rover is a 30 km circular fell race held on footpaths, bridleways and public roads. The course is chipped and fully sign posted and follows a route that includes ancient Roman roads, farmland, ancient woodland and sections of the Midshires Way.
The event accepts both walkers and runners. The route is not suitable for wheelchair users or for dogs because of narrow paths. Race numbers are collected from race headquarters on the morning of the event.
All finishers receive a medal and a memento. Parking at the venue is limited. Entry is restricted to a maximum of 300 participants and the minimum age is 18 years. Entries close on 20 August 2026. Transfers are permitted up to 8 August 2026.
The organiser’s terms state that there are no refunds and no deferrals. The event is staged under UKA rules and the use of earphones is not permitted.
