The Belper Rover 2026
The Belper Rover takes place on Sunday 23 August 2026 at Belper Meadows Sports Club, Bridge Street, Belper, DE56 1BA. It is a circular fell race of 30 km with chip timing and full signposting, held on footpaths, bridleways and public roads.
The route includes sections of ancient Roman roads, farmland, ancient woodland and parts of the Midshires Way. The course uses narrow paths in places and is open to walkers and runners; it is not suitable for wheelchair users or for dogs.
Race numbers are issued from race headquarters on race morning. Entries are limited to 300 participants and close on 20 August 2026. The minimum age for entry is 18 years. Transfers are permitted up to 8 August. The event is staged under UKA rules; no refunds or deferrals are available and earphones are not permitted. Parking at the venue is limited.
