The Belper Rover 2026
The Belper Rover is a circular 30 km fell race held on footpaths, bridleways and public roads. The course is chipped and fully sign posted. The route passes sections of ancient Roman roads, farmland, areas of ancient woodland and parts of the Midshires Way.
The route is open to walkers and runners. The terrain includes narrow paths and because of this the event is not suitable for wheelchair users or for dogs. All finishers receive a medal and a memento.
The event is listed as hilly trail terrain and the organiser sets a maximum of 300 entrants. Minimum age for participation is 18 years. Entries close on 20 August 2026. Parking at the venue is limited and participants are asked to consider sharing transport.
The event is staged under UKA rules. Earphones are not permitted. The organiser’s terms state that refunds and deferrals are not available and that transfers are subject to the organiser’s conditions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
