Edale Skyline Trail Weekend, Peak District (3-5 July 2026)

This weekend offers guided trail running based in Edale, Peak District, with bunkhouse accommodation at Nab View Bunkhouse on Ollerbrook Farm. The main run is the Edale Skyline, a 23 mile (37 km) round trip with a total ascent of 1288 m (4226 ft). The route includes Win Hill, Lose Hill, Mam Tor, Back Tor and the Great Ridge. The group will combine hiking on steep sections with running on flats and descents.

An optional shorter run is available the following day: a 10 km loop from the bunkhouse with about 330 m (1083 ft) elevation, using trails around Whitemore Clough.

Pace and guidance are provided by a qualified trail running guide and coach. The weekend includes coaching on technique, fuelling and pacing, a complimentary training plan, and photos and video. Pace guidance suggests participants should be capable of covering undulating UK trails at around 10–11 min/mile (6:15–6:50 min/km) to be comfortable on the runs. Runs are social and group based rather than competitive.

Included in the price are bunkhouse accommodation in single-sex rooms, a welcome drink, guided runs and coaching. Meals, most drinks and transport to and from the weekend are not included. The accommodation is a short walk from Edale train station. A non-refundable deposit of £100 secures a place with the remaining balance due before the event.
