A minimum distance is one lap (3.28 miles). Participants may complete multiple laps up to the event time limit. The overall course has very little elevation change and is described as flat. The organiser advises people with severe allergies to bring their own food and to request special items at least 7 days in advance. Toilets and changing rooms are available at race headquarters. Parking is available for 75 cars at Hardy Farm and up to 100 additional spaces at Sale Water Park (about a 15 minute walk).
