The course is an out-and-back towpath along the River Mersey in Chorlton Water Park with a lap of about 5.3 km (3.28 miles). The organiser lists available distances as:

A minimum distance is one lap (3.28 miles). Participants may complete multiple laps up to the event time limit. The overall course has very little elevation change and is described as flat. The organiser advises people with severe allergies to bring their own food and to request special items at least 7 days in advance. Toilets and changing rooms are available at race headquarters. Parking is available for 75 cars at Hardy Farm and up to 100 additional spaces at Sale Water Park (about a 15 minute walk). The Trigger Fell Race is a tough 33 km fell run across Black Hill, Bleaklow and Kinder from Marsden to Edale in the Peak District, climbing 1650 m. Entries are limited and profits go to Woodhead Mountain Rescue Team.

Run Delamere Forest on 11 January 2026 across wide trails and singletrack, mostly flat with a final climb up Old Pale. Pick the 10 km or 13.1 mile route and enjoy electronic timing, finish drinks and a custom finisher's medal.

Take on The Lamb's Longer Leg in Hayfield, Peak District on Sunday 11 Jan 2026, a scenic but testing 5 km course with 305 m of climb. Entry is by pre entry only and parking is limited; teams are welcome.
