Experience an extreme skyrunning challenge in the Lake District featuring 2700m of ascent and five graded scrambles. This technical race over the Helvellyn Massif requires proven climbing skills and a steady hand on the rock.

A 57 km mountain race from Patterdale with 3700 m of ascent across Striding Edge, Swirral Edge and Long Stile Edge. Open to runners aged 19 or older, the course is course marked and is not a vetted ultra route.

A classic distance Sky Race of 29 km and 2050 m ascent around St Sunday Crag in the Lake District on 18 July 2026, featuring technical trails, electronic timing, manned checkpoints and post race soup.

A semi technical 15 km trail around the base of Place Fell on the shores of Ullswater on 18 July 2026. The route includes 680 m of ascent, a mid way aid station and manned checkpoints.

A 10 km trail race at Northumberlandia that uses the landform and surrounding countryside. The event also includes a one mile children's fun run, a water station, a bespoke finisher medal and an event village.

Experience a 50 mile circuit through Wensleydale and Swaledale including an ascent of Great Shunner Fell. This traditional challenge event for runners and walkers features 5,500ft of climbing and a 22 hour time limit.

Join the Pete Bland 50th Kentmere Horseshoe on Sun 19 Jul 2026 in the Lake District for a challenging 19.8 km course with 1006 m of climb around classic Lakeland tops. Pre entry required; refreshments and parking at Kentmere Village Hall.

A trail half marathon around Bowes on the Pennine Way with varied terrain across moorland, reservoir and fields. Limited parking, bag drop at the village hall, mandatory kit and water top-ups only in reusable bottles.

Run Stately Trails: Aske at Aske Hall for an evening 5 km or 10 km loop, with a 5 km walk option. Limited to 200 runners, this mostly flat but muddy estate course winds through pastures and woodland for a scenic country trail.

A trail event at Aske Hall on 23 July 2026 with 5 km and 10 km course options across parkland and woodland, fully marked routes, finishers food options and an optional coaster-medal.

Tackle classic Lake District terrain at the High Wether Howe fell race on Sat 25 Jul 2026, a 14 km route with 485 m of climb starting and finishing at Stepps Hall. Entry on the day is welcome and proceeds support the Shap community fund.

A just under six mile multi terrain hill race around Falkland Hill with over 400 m ascent, held during the Falkland Gala. The route includes steep sections and varied trails; entrants must carry full body cover and their own water.

A 12 mile urban orienteering run on 26 July 2026, starting on Allermuir in the Pentlands and ending on the sand at Musselburgh beach. The route mixes cross country, urban navigation and road running.

A 14 mile coastal point-to-point race from Beadnell Harbour to Alnmouth Estuary on 26 July 2026, limited to 1000 runners, fully marshalled with first aid, unmarked course and a three hour 30 minute cut-off due to tide and safety.

This 14 km fell run in the Yorkshire Dales starts from historic Bolton Castle. The route includes 305 metres of climb and welcomes teams. Records show a fast, competitive history for this FRA-permitted event.

A two day fitness festival at Druridge Bay Country Park with timed loop races, a functional fitness hybrid event, live music, wellness sessions, vendors and an afterparty. Heart Break Lake accepts solo entries, pairs or teams up to 10.
