A ridge fell race on the Cat's Back in the Black Mountains covering about 11.7 km with 492 m of ascent. The route includes steep climbs, technical rocky sections, a trig at the summit, and a ridgeline descent back to the event field.

A community off road running event in Marshfield on Sunday 11 October 2026 with children's and adult distances. Entries support Marshfield Primary School and the routes use temporary access across private land.

Trail races around Carsington Water on 17 October 2026, with a half marathon and a 10k on marked, undulating paths. Entries include a themed medal, water and post-race goodies, plus an event village and downloadable GPX routes.

A 100 mile trail race from Goring and Streatley run as four 25 mile out and back spurs on the Ridgeway and Thames Path. The event features 16 aid stations, medical support, strict qualifying standards and a 28 hour cut off.

A seven hour Time Challenge at Dare Valley Country Park offering distances from 3km to 50km, themed finisher medals and distance pins, on course aid with vegan options, and basic venue facilities including toilets and free parking.

An untimed 5k and 10k adventure run at Lyons Lane Motocross LTD in Shrewsbury on October 17, 2026. The course uses a MotoX track and includes brook crossings, hill climbs, a mud crawl and a water slide finish.

A guided 10-mile trail run through the Chilterns along canals, reservoirs and past Britain’s oldest post windmill; includes trail technique coaching and a finisher’s medal for 2026. On-site parking and a 15 minute walk from the station.

A roughly 12 km off road race on 18 October 2026 through bridle paths and the Imber Range, passing close to the Westbury White Horse. Limited to 200 places, the event offers gender and veteran prizes and a bespoke finisher medal.

An off-road race by Town and Country Harriers on 18 October 2026 in Keynsham, about 12.5 miles long, starting near The New Inn with parking at East Car Park; the course revives the Compton Dando route and crosses a stream.

Trail half marathon and a 7.6 mile Super Seven take place in Wyre Forest on 18 Oct 2026, with timing, medals, water stations and medical cover. Parking is pay and display and finishers receive category prizes and finish goodies.

A memorial road and off road event organised by Green Events featuring a half marathon and a 12k in mountainous scenery. The race is cupless, open to those over 16, and lists online and on the day entry options.
