The Aberfan Memorial Run is a timed event held by Phoenix Running South Wales in Aberfan, Merthyr Tydfil (CF48 4QE). It is held in remembrance of the victims of the 1966 Aberfan disaster. A contribution from every race entry will be donated to the Aberfan Memorial Charity. Welsh Athletics race licence has been applied for.
