Join Zach’s Devil Steps Trail Run on 22 March 2026 to tackle scenic Essex trails and raise funds for Cancer Research. Choose 3.5 or 7.3 mile routes, enjoy a self start format, and secure one of only 120 places for a fun timed charity run.

Experience a scenic half marathon starting and finishing at historic Blickling Hall, weaving through mixed road and track for a memorable spring run. The event is sold out but features chip timing, a bespoke medal and supports local sport.

Take on a scenic 10K through Epping Forest on 29 March 2026, two laps on traffic free forest tracks with an undulating, multi terrain route. Limited to 600 entries and finishers receive a medal.

April 2026

Join the 3rd Galloping Grind 10k trail run on 1 April for a dusk Easter Egg Edition as the season opener. Enjoy an anti clockwise 10k trail with a compulsory headtorch and a fun egg hunt finish; spots are limited to 30.

An Easter Sunday community event in Fakenham Town Centre featuring a 5K, a 1K Fun Run and a Toddle’n’Trike for under fives. The race uses a 1K closed road circuit and offers medals, children goodie bags and age category awards.

The Epping Forest Wildwood Trail Series will take place in Epping Forest District on Saturday 11 April 2026. You can run between 10 and 21 kilometers.

Run scenic loops through Haughley Park on paths and woodland with distances from 5k to ultra and a choice of bespoke or lucky dip medals. Secure parking and on course support make this ideal for runners of every pace.

Join the inaugural Wild Deer Trail Runs at High Lodge Thetford Forest on 12 April 2026, with scenic 5km and 10km trails. Chip timed and fully supported, all finishers receive a medal, Wild Deer merch, snack and drink.

A fully guided 19 mile trail run from Holme Next The Sea to Wells Next The Sea along sections of the Norfolk Coast Path, passing villages, tidal marshes and pine woodlands. The event is non competitive and run in paced groups.

Tough but rewarding 10 km fell race around Chingford with 450 m of climbing, hosting the first ever Essex County Championships. Pre entry only and open to Essex eligible runners aged 16 and over, with teams welcome.

Tackle scenic trails at Billingford Lakes on 19 April 2026 with distances from 5k to ultra for every kind of runner. Expect rugged paths, a bespoke finisher medal and post race coffee and cake; bring your own bottle for refills.

Join the Little Lifts Trail at Barningham Estate, North Norfolk on 25 April for scenic off road routes across rolling countryside while raising funds for breast cancer support boxes. Distances and team options welcome all abilities.

Choose from 5 km up to ultra marathon on mildly undulating, fully measured roads around Bury St Edmunds on 26 April. Small field, aid stations, parking and a bespoke finisher medal make this a memorable day out.

May 2026

Run 100 miles along the Thames from Richmond to Oxford on a scenic, mostly off road course with generous aid and a 30 hour limit. Entries are full and new runners are accepted onto the waiting list.

Run For Your Life on 2 May 2026 at Parliament Hill, Hampstead Heath offers 10 km, 5 km and a 2 km Fun Run on scenic trails past Kenwood House. Managed starts and medals welcome all while proceeds support Jubilee Hall Trust.
