Trifarm 10k Autumn trail run

Event 2 of 4 in the Trifarm seasonal trail series for 2026, held on 09 September 2026 at Trifarm, Church Road, Boreham, Chelmsford, Essex. The route is more than 95% off road and uses public footpaths and bridleways. TRA permit number 7415 is listed as TBC. There is a £2 fee for non affiliated England Athletics or Trail Runners Association members.

The course begins with a three quarter lap of the Trifarm running track and then follows a clockwise loop after the first kilometre, finishing on the west side of the humpback bridge by a public footpath fingerpost. Route data will be available in Strava and GPX formats and a route narrative is published the week before the race by the event organiser. A start list with race number and arrival registration instructions is emailed a few days before the event.

On site facilities include plentiful parking, registration near the Trifarm buildings, bottled water at registration and a refill water tap by the finish bicycle rack. There are no water stations or marshals on course; a tail walker will sweep the route. Race numbers must be worn on the front and unfolded because manual timing may be used. Results and points toward the 2026 championship are posted after the event; points are awarded to the top 15 male and female finishers with a bonus point for breaking the course record.
