The event features a unique format involving a timed stop at a checkpoint. Participants receive the following as part of their entry:

  • 10 km trail run route
  • One drink at the mid-way brewery checkpoint
  • One drink at the finish line bar
  • A finishers medal

Registration takes place inside the Voodoo Keller Bar. The venue provides a designated area for bag storage, though items are left at the owner's risk. Public transport options including buses and trains are available nearby, and local car parks are situated within a two-minute walk of the venue. The event is open to both members and non-members of the TRA or England Athletics, with a small additional fee applied to non-members.
