The Voodoo Keller / Chelmsford Brew Co Summer 10 km trail run

This event is scheduled for 23 July 2026 and holds TRA permit number 8450. The organiser has applied a £2 levy for non TRA or EA members and notes the date was amended from June.

The course is provided as a GPX and Strava route with a narrative backup. The organiser describes the occasion as a fun event rather than a competition. The route is similar to the 2023 edition and reflects the presence of a new bridge on the course.

Entry price includes a drink at the brewery checkpoint and a drink at the finish in the bar, plus a finishers medal introduced for 2026. A brewery race T shirt is available to order via the event store. At the tap room checkpoint a marshal records arrivals and issues a beer token; runners may remain at the checkpoint until the tail runner finishes a pint, after which participants must return to the route.

The event base is the Voodoo Keller Bar, 59 New Street, Waterloo Lane, Chelmsford CM1 1NE. There are a range of public transport options including buses and trains, plus bicycle and scooter access and local car parks within a short walk. The bar provides a back area for bag storage at the runner's risk. Bar entry is down steps and runners leave the basement via stairs to continue the route.

Entry pricing tiers published by the organiser are: until 31 March 2026 £19.00, from 1 May 2026 £21.00, and until 13 July 2026 £22.50. The event has a total of 66 places and is currently listed on a waiting list. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
