Reindeer Roundup
This event takes place on 13 Dec 2026 at the Museum of Power, Hatfield Road, Langford CM9 6QA and is organised by Mid Essex Casuals. Money raised will be donated to the Museum of Power, a registered charity. Entry fees are non-refundable: £8 for members of clubs affiliated to England Athletics, £10 otherwise. A service fee of 4% (minimum 50p) applies to each sign-up.
Routes are off road and may contain usual outdoor hazards such as mud, roots and brambles. There are two route options:
- 5.5 miles (approx)
- 3.5 miles (approx)
The event is held under UK Athletics rules with TRA Permit 8662. The minimum age is 17 years. No dogs are allowed. There is no mass start, the route is not marked and there are no marshalls. Participants receive written narrative instructions, are timed out and then back in, and all finishers receive a £4 voucher to use in the cafe. A final email with any new safety information will be sent a few days before the race.
