Mud Tribe Sisters

Mud Tribe Sisters is a women-only obstacle event held as part of the Mud Tribe series. The event offers an approachable obstacle course of around 5 km intended for participants aged 7 and above. It is presented as a non-competitive, supportive event where people take on the course side by side at their own pace.

The course features a wide variety of obstacles with organisers noting that no upper body strength is required for many elements. There are water features but no full water submersion. The event typically lasts approximately two hours and includes on-course professional photography plus a free finisher photo.

Facilities and finish-line provisions include a finisher medal, free hot wash-downs, changing rooms, bag drop and the option to purchase additional photos. Under-16s must be accompanied by a paying participating adult. The event is described as family- and group-friendly and is promoted as suitable for different fitness levels without prior obstacle-racing experience.

The venue is at Nuclear Mud Tribe in Brentwood, Essex, with road access cited as about 15 minutes from the A12, M25 and M11 and around 15 minutes by taxi from Brentwood station or Epping Underground station. The event notes a lively atmosphere with mud, foam, an event village, music and face painting, and supports charity fundraising activities.
