Mud Tribe Sisters

Mud Tribe Sisters is a women-only obstacle course event held in Brentwood, Essex. The event offers a social, non-competitive format with no chip timing and encourages participants to tackle a course of mud and obstacles at their own pace. The main distance is approximately 5 km and there is a shorter option for younger participants.

Participants can expect a wide variety of obstacles designed so that no upper-body strength is required. The course includes water features but does not include full water submersion. Event facilities and included services at the finish line comprise a finisher medal, a free hot wash-down, changing rooms, bag drop and a free finisher photo; additional photos may be available to purchase.

Practical notes: the 5 km wave lists a minimum age of 7 years; under 16s must be accompanied by a paying participating adult. The event promotes group participation and fundraising while aiming to support mental and physical wellbeing. Mud Tribe Sisters takes place on Saturday 5 September 2026 and is located at the Nuclear Mud Tribe site in Brentwood, approximately 15 minutes from the A12, the M25 and the M11 and about 15 minutes by taxi from Brentwood or Epping stations.
