Trail Running calendar near Fakenham 2026-2027

A self-navigation trail of about 6 miles on 6 April 2026, part of the four day Easter Eggstravaganza series. Entries are limited to 150; Race HQ is at the Rose and Crown in Great Waltham and there are no aid stations.

An out-and-back ultra along the traffic-free Brampton Valley Way with a county-versus-county scoring format, feed stations, two dark tunnels, and a 7 hour cut-off. Entries limited to 100 starters from each end.

A multi distance running festival at Haughley Park on 12 April 2026 offering 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon and ultra marathon options. The course mixes pathways, trails and woodland and includes on site parking and an aid station.

A multi terrain *5 km* race at Fineshade Wood on 26 April 2026 set in Northamptonshire woodlands. Finishers receive a bespoke medal and a virtual completion option is available.

Take on a coastal adventure with sandy trails and undulations in the Heritage Coast Run. Choose between a 10k or half marathon, both sharing a scenic, mostly off-road route. There's even a special 10k category for runners with dogs.

A self-guided 13-mile run along Letchworth's scenic Greenway trail. This is a run, not a race, due to road crossings. Finishers get a wooden medal and refreshments, with profits supporting a local youth mental health charity.

A multi terrain 5 km race at West Lodge Farm in Desborough that passes fields, nature trails and farm animals, with a bespoke finisher medal and a virtual entry option to receive the medal by post.

An approximate 10K undulating trail race on 15 May 2026 near Skellingthorpe Pavilion with chip timing, medals and goody bags. The course is unsuitable for wheelchair users or runners with dogs and entries close on 01/05/2026.
