The Zig Zag Marathon and Half take place at the Suffolk Running Centre, Church Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP29 5AX. The event uses measured road routes and operates to a seven-hour cut off.

Distances:

  • Marathon - Kirtling Route, officially measured, fully on road, mildly undulating

Aid stations with drinks and nibbles are located approximately every 10 km. Race headquarters and base camp are at the start and lap point and include the main water and aid station. Parking is included in the entry price.

A bespoke finisher medal is provided to finishers. A lucky dip finisher medal option may be available, offering a selection of previous or finisher medals. The event is noted as suitable for runners seeking a marathon GFA place. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
