Nene Valley Races - Kings Cliffe 10k

The event is a 10 km trail race set in the Nene Valley countryside with a circular route that starts and finishes at KC Active, Kingsmead, Station Road, Kings Cliffe. The course runs on easy tracks and paths through green fields, farm tracks and disused railway lines. The route is fully marked and marshalled and includes a well stocked aid station.

The organisers ask competitors to bring their own cup or water bottle for the aid station as part of efforts to reduce single use plastics. Car sharing is encouraged and a Facebook group is used to help arrange lifts. An optional T shirt or a Trees not Tees donation can be selected when booking.

Entries are handled via SiEntries. Entries open 16 June 2025 and close 10 April 2026. The entry fee is £22.00 and the minimum age to enter is 16 years. There are no refunds for non participation, but places may be transferred to another person through the entry system or deferred to the following year under the event cancellation and transfer policies.

The race builds on the organiser's other Nene Valley trail events and aims to show more of the local Northamptonshire countryside on a clearly signed route. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
