Run Rabbit Trail Festival

The Run Rabbit Trail Festival is a two-day, multi-distance trail running event organised by Race Harborough. It takes place at Deene Park Estate, near Corby, on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 May 2026. The event combines running challenges with festival activities and entertainment across the weekend.

Challenges and distances

  • 25k Trail Mix Challenge - five different 5k, on the hour, for 5 hours.
  • 10k Headlight Hop - trail 10k in the early evening.
  • 21.1k Thump Trail Half - scenic trail half marathon with hills and woodland.
  • 56.1k The Quest - complete all three challenges, total 56.1 km.

Entry, age and prizes

Individual entry prices listed are £40 for the Trail Mix Challenge, £20 for the Headlight Hop, and £30 for the Thump Trail Half. Combined entry options are offered; listed combined prices go up to £63. Minimum ages are shown as 17 and over for the Trail Mix Challenge and the Thump Trail Half, and 15 and over for the Headlight Hop. All finishers receive a medal. Celebrate winter cross country at the 99th Leicestershire and Rutland Championships at scenic Rotherby Lodge Farm on 3 January 2026. Races for ages 9 to masters across varied distances make it perfect for club rivalry and muddy fun.

Run a fast, accurately measured 10K at Northampton Racecourse Park on 11 January, three laps of scenic pathways with trophies and a bespoke medal. The family friendly race supports Umbrella Fair Northampton and accepts on the day entries.

Tackle trails, paths and a signature hill across two round Dirt Run events at Irchester and Brigstock. Choose from shorter races up to 15 km, enjoy marshalled routes, water stations and a custom finisher medal for each round.

Take on the Charnwood Hills Race on 1 February 2026, a scenic but testing 14.5 mile fell route through Bradgate, Broombriggs and Beacon Hill with rough underfoot and about 1,200 feet of climb. Entries are limited and pre entry is required.
