Little Lifts Trail Run

The Little Lifts Trail Run takes place at Barningham Estate and supports Little Lifts, a project that provides curated Boxes with products to help people undergoing treatment for breast cancer. Fundraising pages are created automatically on registration. For every £20 raised a Radiotherapy Box or Surgery Box is filled and for every £40 raised a Chemotherapy Box is filled. A prize is offered for the top fundraiser. A Team Challenge is available across all distances.

The event offers these single lap distances, each with staggered starts:

  • 10k, single lap route
  • 20k, single lap route
  • 30k, single lap route

The courses begin and end within Barningham Estate and cross North Norfolk countryside. Routes are predominantly off road on grass, farm track, gravel track and private road, with a small number of crossings and short stretches on quiet country lanes. Terrain is undulating with short inclines and declines, narrow sections, woodland tracks and open countryside paths. Courses share sections and also split and rejoin; the route will be signposted and marshals will be positioned where possible. Runners will be expected to follow the markers. A GPX file and map of the route will be shared before the event.

Facilities listed include bag drop, free parking, first aid, water stations on course, toilets, photographer, chip timing, guided warm up, prizes, finisher gifts and refreshments for sale. The event acknowledges support from Norfolk Cordial and permission from Barningham Estate and other landowners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
