A three leg fell relay at Danefield Park in Otley with each leg about 4.8 km and 170 m of climb. Teams of three compete across age and gender categories; pre-entry and entry on the day are available for a £12 team fee.

Thurlstone Chase is a 6.4 Kilometre fell race at Thurlstone Gala Football Field in South Yorkshire on 9 July 2026. It uses a single lap of undulating terrain and offers age-group prizes plus cash bonuses for record performances.

A 59 mile point to point ultramarathon following much of the River Severn from Shrewsbury to Worcester. The race has four checkpoints with vegan and gluten free options and enforces a minimum pace of 4.0 miles per hour.

A multi-day gravel and trail running festival at Duncombe Park with a Friday 6 km night loop and Saturday 10 km, 20 km or 30 km routes, timed mystery segments, on-site camping and festival amenities.

Gyrn Gallop is a 10.6 km fell race from Rhiwlas Village near Llansilin with about 350 m of ascent on a partially marked course requiring some experience. Entry on the day is £7 and the minimum age is over 15.

A two person relay to the summit of Moel Famau and back over about 6.5 km with 350 m of climb. Night registration and a small on the night entry fee, with parking options that depend on ground conditions.

A 24 hour trail challenge from Llanberis around Yr Wyddfa where solo runners or relay teams aim for as many ascents and descents as possible. The event is UTMB indexed, has event village facilities, on course support and charity fundraising..

A 10 km adventure run with obstacles through roads, fields and canal paths near Holme on 11 July 2026. A 5 km Half Howler and Mini Howler fun run are part of the village Festival of Sport weekend.

Trail races from Slaithwaite follow the Huddersfield canal out to Tunnel End, with four distance options, on course feed stations and marshals. Parking is limited and registration is at Slaithwaite Community Centre.

Multiple trail distances run from Ambleside in the Lake District, from a 14k to an Ultra 100k. Routes are waymarked and marshalled with medical cover, feed stations, GPX files and an event village with live commentary.

A long Lakeland fell race of 34 km with 2750 m ascent, mandatory tracker and full FRA kit. The route visits multiple high checkpoints including Scafell Pike and includes flagged valley sections, path running and technical navigation.

Take on the New Embsay Fell Race on Sat 11 Jul: a punchy 2.5 mile course with 195 m of climb through the Yorks Dales. Part of the village fete, enjoy entertainment and refreshments and easy on the day entry for a fun community challenge.

Take on the Charlesworth & Chisworth Carnival Fell Race on Sat 11 Jul 2026 in the Peak District, a testing 5 km / 3.1 mile course with 180 m of climb. Pre entry and entry on the day plus junior races make this a great community running day.
