Courses and logistics

The 55k route includes mountain passes and substantial ascent. The 100k adds additional passes and further ascent compared with the 55k. The 23k and 14k share sections of the ultra routes and cross some private land, so GPX files for those two shorter routes are not published. Feed and water stations are provided on the routes; runners are advised to start with their own water and bring a reusable cup.

Time limits and minimum ages apply by distance. The 100k and 55k are subject to compulsory kit checks and photographic ID at registration. GPS tracking is included for the 100k and is available as an option for some 55k entries. Electronic timing and live results are provided for other events. The 100k and 55k have been evaluated by ITRA and awarded 4 and 3 points respectively, with the 55k points only valid for the Race category.
