Entry is by pre-entry only; there is no entry on the day. Pre-entry is open between Monday 6th April and Friday 10th July 2026. Pre-entry fees are £20 for members and £22 for non-members. Payments and entries are handled through SportIdent pre-entries. The field is limited to 250 competitors. Teams are permitted: open men teams of 4, open women teams of 3, plus additional veterans teams. Record times listed for the event are 03:25:21 (male, 1982) and 04:12:17 (female, 2008). Tackle Kirkby Moor on Sat 29 Nov 2025 with a 10.5 km fell race climbing 490 m across classic Lake District terrain. Entry on the day is welcome and teams of three can vie for the Bob Grieve Trophies.
