Trail Running calendar near Dartington Hall 2026-2027

Experience a scenic off road run alongside the River Dart in Devon. This community focused event features an 11km main course and a 1 mile fun run with medals for all finishers and a post race BBQ.

A mainly trail 5k loop from Peveril Point along the Jurassic Coast to Anvil Point Lighthouse and back into Swanage. The race is part of Swanage Lifeboat Week and one of six events in the Purbeck Trail Series.

Portmellon Trail is a new 12 km trail run on 16 August 2026 around the coastal village of Portmellon and the Wet Bodrugan nature reserve. The course is described as fun, technical and challenging and the entry fee is 20 GBP.

Join the Crook Peak Cake Race in Axbridge on Wed 19 Aug 2026 for a spirited 3 mile fell challenge across stunning Somerset hills, finishing with cake and community cheer. On the day entry available for runners aged 14 and up.

Join the Gt. Links Tor Flyer on Dartmoor for a challenging 7.5 km fell race with 388 m of climb, finishing at the Fox & Hounds in Lydford. Open to seniors and juniors with pre and on the day entry.

A multi distance running event at Scorrier House in Redruth on 23 August 2026, offering short races, a half marathon and a five hour endurance challenge; food stalls, a bar and on site entertainment are part of the day.

Trail races at Wimbleball Lake on August 28, 2026 offer 10K and 5K distances plus canicross. Courses use off road terrain with lake views and event facilities include medals, photos, showers and camping.

An 8 hour timed challenge on Saturday 29 August 2026 along an old disused train line, with flexible arrival under the TUGG system and **5.3k** laps. Entry is limited to 70 places and multiple price categories are available.
