Stockland Scamper 2026 : Stockland, East Devon

The Stockland Scamper returns on 18 October 2026 as a multi terrain running event around the countryside of Stockland near Honiton. The event is organised by Ruby Red Events on behalf of Ruby Red Running CIC in partnership with Stockland Primary Academy PTA. It comprises three marked routes of different lengths and profiles, with mud, river crossings and hills expected along the way.

Distances:

  • 10 km Stockland Scamper - minimum age 16 on the day
  • 5 km Stockland Scuttle - minimum age 12 on the day
  • 3 km Stockland Scurry - suitable for any age

Event HQ is at Stockland Village Hall, EX14 9EF, located between the A35 and the A30. There is some parking at the village hall and additional nearby parking that may be up to a ten minute walk to race HQ. Facilities at the hall include toilets, bag drop at own risk, a children’s play area and refreshments and cake for sale. A water station will be available on the 10 km route only.

Entry fees are published for affiliated and non affiliated entrants and there will be limited entry on the day with a small surcharge. The event will be licensed by the Trail Running Association and held under UK Athletics rules. Trail shoes are recommended and participants should consider weather appropriate clothing. A multi terrain seven mile race at Kilmington Cricket Ground on 25 April 2026, with a 4 km option and a 1 km fun run for children. The undulating route passes roads, woodland and fields and offers on-site refreshments and a water station.

A three day trail running festival around East Devon with routes from about 25 km to 110 km, including an UTMB Index race and live GPS tracking. Camping, aid stations and event facilities support runners across varied coastal and countrysid..

A point to point 50 miles from Taunton to Minehead with a very flat first half and an undulating coastal second half, six aid stations and a 14 hour cut off.

A 100 mile point to point race across Somerset on 9 to 10 May 2026 combining the Flat 50 and Hilly 50 routes, with a 32 hour cut off, 13 aid stations and cupless aid so runners must carry bottles.
