The Stockland Scamper takes place on Sunday 18th October 2026 around the countryside of Stockland, near Honiton in East Devon. The event is a multi-terrain trail meeting based at Stockland Village Hall, EX14 9EF, situated between the A35 and the A30. The course description notes mud, river crossings and hills and uses lanes and footpaths across farmland.

Practical information

Age and entry: the 10 km is open to those aged 16 or over on the day, the 5 km to those aged 12 or over, and the 3 km to any age. Entry fees are listed by distance and affiliation status: 10 km affiliated £12, non affiliated £14; 5 km affiliated £5, non affiliated £7; 3 km affiliated £1, non affiliated £3. Limited on-the-day entries will be available with a small surcharge.

Facilities at the village hall include toilets, a bag drop (left at owner risk), a children’s play area and refreshments and cake sold by the PTA. A water station will be provided on the 10 km course only. There is some parking at the event HQ and additional nearby parking that may be up to a 10 minute walk. Trail shoes are recommended; no kit is mandatory. Routes and GPX/OS map files are provided. The event is organised by Ruby Red Events on behalf of Ruby Red Running CIC and will be licensed by the Trail Running Association under UK Athletics rules.
