Exeter Pretty Muddy 5k

The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course held at Westpoint, Clyst St. Mary, Exeter. The route starts and finishes on a tarmac path on the showground and follows a mix of road, tarmac pathways and grass around the showground. Participants climb, crawl and slide around obstacles; marshals are available to assist and waves start every 15 minutes to manage safety on course.

The event is for people aged 13 years and older. There is a minimum fundraising target of £50. Entry prices listed are £22.49 for adults and £12.00 for children. Registered participants receive event information by email and are provided with a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training support, and a Race for Life medal on completion.

Facilities on site include refreshments, toilets and parking. The venue offers general, drop off and Blue Badge parking; queues are likely so extra travel time is advised. The course is not suitable for wheelchair users or pushchairs. Dogs, bag drop and showers are not available. Sunflower wristbands are available at the enquiries marquee and a QR code on site will provide British Sign Language stage content. A point to point 50 miles from Taunton to Minehead with a very flat first half and an undulating coastal second half, six aid stations and a 14 hour cut off.

A 100 mile point to point race across Somerset on 9 to 10 May 2026 combining the Flat 50 and Hilly 50 routes, with a 32 hour cut off, 13 aid stations and cupless aid so runners must carry bottles.

A seven hour lap event on the Grand Western Canal at Sampford Peverell where runners complete out and back laps to reach 10k, half, marathon or ultramarathon distances. Aid stations, bag drop and a medal for one-lap finishers are provided.

A fell running event at Meldon Reservoir featuring a five mile senior race climbing 1,362 ft to High Willhays and return, plus junior races over 2 km and 4 km. The course requires self navigation and includes compulsory checkpoints.
