Kernow Killer
Kernow Killer is a weekend obstacle event held at Scorrier House Estate, Scorrier, Redruth, Cornwall (TR16 5AU). The event features mud, water and constructed obstacles across varied Cornish terrain and is presented as a team-focused challenge without timing pressure.
Distances and formats include:
- Kernow Killer (10 km): 30 obstacles, minimum age 10+
- Kernow Thriller (5 km): 15 obstacles, minimum age 6+
- Kernow Kids (2.5 km): family course, minimum age 6+
- Kernow Killer K9 (2.5 km and 5 km): dog-friendly course for humans and dogs
Finishers receive a survivor’s medal and event photos. The event notes team-based participation and encourages helping others to complete the course. Under 18s require parental or carer consent and age limits apply as of the event date.
Entry fees vary by distance and age; example adult prices listed for the main weekend include £75 for 10 km, £55 for 5 km and £35 for 2.5 km. Family and K9 entry options are also available. Early entry discounts are offered on a sliding scale across several months and an interest-free monthly instalment plan is available so payments can be spread over time.
