Gower Coastal Trail Run - Oxwich Bay

Endurancelife stages the Gower Coastal Trail Run at Oxwich Bay on 7 November 2026, set within the Gower Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The event offers multiple measured trail distances along the peninsula's coastal and inland terrain.

Courses run across cliff tops, downland, woodland, sand dunes and world-famous beaches. Surface types listed include grass, moor, beach and rock, and the terrain is described as strenuous. Total ascent varies by distance, from 583 ft for the 10K up to 3874 ft for the Ultra.

Course records are published for men and women at each distance, with the fastest recorded men's times ranging from 00:44:27 for the 10K to 04:30:12 for the Ultra, and women's times from 00:54:22 to 04:56:17.

This event forms part of the Endurancelife 26-27 trail running season (September 2026 to July 2027). Runners who complete any distance will be awarded points and listed on the season leaderboard. Registered participants will be asked to complete an online check-in about two weeks before the event, including confirmation of an emergency contact and viewing a mandatory safety video.
