The Duchy an Dinas 5 is a one-off race held on 12 October 2025 at the Duchy of Cornwall Nursery in Lostwithiel, PL22 0HW. The event is organized by St Austell Athletes Running Club. Course and event information
The route is mixed terrain and is approximately 90% trail, with over 1000 ft in elevation. The course starts and finishes at the nursery and includes a loop around the English Heritage site Restormel Castle, sections through Restormel woods, a crossing of the River Fowey, and a loop in private woods used only for this event before finishing at the Woodland Terrace Tepee. The event is cupless and has no bag drop. A two hour cut-off applies. Prizes are awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers, with additional spot prizes and a medal for all finishers. A percentage of entry fees will be donated to Mind Cornwall.
