Trail Running calendar near Corfe Mullen 2026-2027

A winter trail event at the Army Tank Training Area in Aldershot with 4-mile and 8-mile courses across muddy, waterlogged terrain; race numbers mailed in November and late collection available December 1.

Experience a flat and traffic free run along the spectacular Bournemouth seafront. Take in views of the Jurassic Coast and Boscombe Pier during your choice of a 10 mile or 10k race.

A 10 mile cross country run across the West Wight on 13 December 2026, known for its hilly terrain and coastal views. Entries are limited; the race is open to those aged 16 and over and includes a finish memento.

Slow and Dirty is a level 19k trail race along a former railway route through the Stour valley near Sturminster Newton. The course is waymarked every kilometre and finishes with a medal and festive refreshments.

The Santa Claws 10km will take place in Thatcham on Thursday 24 December 2026. You can run 10 kilometers.

A seven hour Time Challenge along the River Thames in Egham with flexible distances from 3 km to 50 km, signed laps, medals, distance pins and goody bags, plus a Christmas dinner aid table and a small present for finishers.

A free community run along the canal and River Tone between Bridgwater and French Weir Park, Taunton, offering 14-mile and 7.5-mile options; registration is required for planning and insurance and the event is not timed.

Winter X is a mid-winter trail-running event in the Meon Valley offering 10, 30, 50 and 70 km on marked public trails with checkpoints and post-event food. Entries for 2025 are closed; a provisional date for 2026 is 28 December 2026.

Gut Buster is a year end cross country event at Butlers Lands Farm near Reading featuring water crossings, fields, footpaths and famously muddy sections. Finish line hospitality includes complimentary mulled wine and mince pies.

Experience a flexible eight hour timed event on a scenic tarmac route in Exmouth. Runners and walkers of all abilities can complete as many laps as they choose on this flat disused railway course.

A themed trail run at Wenchford Picnic Site featuring seven named hills over 7 miles or the double 14 mile Immortal Sinner. Canicross waves are available and the terrain may be muddy with possible ice or snow.

Experience a scenic multi terrain run through the Jurassic Coast and Otter valley starting from Budleigh Salterton. Choose between a half or third marathon featuring quiet lanes and historic landmarks.

Experience the Hampshire countryside with a trail run starting from Sparsholt College. Choose between two distances featuring scenic views of Farley Mount and receive a finisher medal and goodies at the finish line.
