The Allsorts Tinkley Gate Santa Dash is an inaugural, family-friendly off-road run organised by Stroud & District Athletic Club. The event takes place at Tinkley Gate National Trust site, Woodchester, GL10 3UH, with the next scheduled race on 07/12/2025. The main distance is 5 km on trails.

Charity and participation

The event seeks 250 Santas and elves to raise funds for Allsorts, a local charity supporting children and young people with additional needs and their families. Large adult Santa suits are sold out; large youth suits that fit 5'7-5'8 adults are nearly sold out. Festive costumes are encouraged. Dogs are permitted on a short handheld leash, limited to one dog per participant.

Logistics and rules

U11 Santas must run with a parent or guardian Santa and must be older than 8 on the day of the run. U12 participants may complete only one lap, covering a maximum of 2.5 km. The café at the site will be open after the event. Carol singers will be present at the start and finish.
