Mince Pi Run - races of 2 decimal places

The event takes place on 13 December 2026 at Shalford Park, Guildford, GU48AA. It is organised as looped races on a mostly flat offroad course that runs along the water's edge. The route includes one or two hills and a few eroded path sections where extra care is advised. Alternative courses are available if conditions dictate a change.

Distance options include:

  • 3.14 miles (one lap)
  • Up to 31.4 miles (one to ten laps)
  • Pi marathon option
  • 1 mile fun run, shaped like the Pi symbol

Junior participation rules are specified by age: 8 to 11 years may run one lap, 12 to 14 years two laps, and 15 years up to four laps. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children aged 12 to 15 must have an adult at the start and finish or may be accompanied.

Various car parks are within walking distance. The Shalford Park car park is reserved for football bookings and Millbrook car park GU1 3XL is about half a mile from race headquarters. Competitors must wear their race number on the front so laps and times can be recorded. Results will be published online as soon as possible, with an aim to have them available within 24 hours.

Total places are limited to 200 and the event status is open. Entry prices listed are £20.36 until 31 March 2026 and £23.50 until 10 December 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
