Harting Multi-Terrain '10' - War Memorial Sports Ground, South Harting

This is a volunteer run 10-mile multi-terrain race on private lanes, gravel tracks, bridleways and footpaths in the South Downs National Park. The course has mile markers and two water stations and uses precision chip timing from Emit UK. Entrants should be capable of completing the course within 2 hours 30 minutes; runners behind schedule at the second water station (6.5 miles) may be asked to withdraw and be returned to the finish by car.

All competitors receive a unique medal at the finish. Every finisher has a chance to win one of two pairs of Hoka trainers donated by Hoka, and trophies and cash prizes are awarded to 1st to 3rd male and female and to 1st male and female in vets categories V40, V50, V60 and V70. The event supports the Rosemary Foundation hospice at home charity.

Race HQ at the War Memorial Sports Ground provides free parking on the sports field, portable toilets in the Pavilion, supervised storage for bags and a selection of teas, cold drinks and homemade cakes. Race numbers are distributed on the day at the registration desk which opens at 08:45. Entry fees are non refundable but entries can be transferred up to midnight on the Friday before the event. Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter the main race. Dogs, buggies and over or in ear headphones are not permitted; bone conducting headphones are allowed. A timed, lap format run along The Itchen Way in Winchester with a professionally measured, permitted course. Runners may complete multiple 2.62 mile laps up to ultra distance and receive a bespoke finisher's medal and aid station provisions..

Trail races from Queen Elizabeth Country Park across sections of the South Downs Way, offered at 12K, 25K and 50K, with marked routes, stocked aid stations, marshals and a serviced event village plus chip timing and finish medals.

A circular 5 mile trail run around Bembridge passing marshes, Centurions Copse and the coastal path, with trophies in veteran categories and a finisher medal for all.

A looped trail event from a Guildford basecamp on the North Downs Way offering 50 km, 25 km and 10 km options with covered rest stops, medical support, GPS tracking and camping and transfer services.
