Bournemouth Coastal TEN - Saturday 5 December 2026

The Bournemouth Coastal TEN is a coastal running event based at Hengistbury Head nature reserve in Bournemouth, Dorset. The venue offers facilities and ample hard-standing parking. Two measured courses run along Bournemouth seafront paths and include a section past Boscombe Pier with uninterrupted sea views; on clear days the route affords views of the Isle of Wight, The Needles, and Old Harry Rocks on the Jurassic Coast.

Both routes use largely flat, traffic-free, off-road paths that are smooth and have very little climbing. The event is waymarked with pink arrows and tape, with hazards and road junctions signed. First aid is available at on-course aid stations.

Included with entry are chip timing, water stations, a finisher's medal and finisher goodies, post-race refreshments, a personalised certificate, and encouraging marshals along the route. The event operates a plastic free policy and requests participants bring a reusable cup or bottle for water stations. GPX files are provided for the courses.

Spectators are welcome at the event. Registration and bib collection are handled on arrival at the event centre. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
