The Bournemouth Coastal TEN is a seaside running event at Hengistbury Head nature reserve in Bournemouth, Dorset (BH6 4EW). The event offers two distances and specifies that dogs are not allowed. The routes follow Bournemouth seafront paths and include a section along Boscombe Pier with sea views and, on clear days, views of the Isle of Wight, The Needles, and Old Harry Rocks.

The event operates a plastic-free policy and asks participants to bring a reusable cup or bottle.
