Event Overview

The Bournemouth Coastal TEN offers two distances: a 10 Mile and a 10K run. The event takes place along the Dorset coast starting at Hengistbury Head, a nature reserve with facilities and parking available.

Route Details

Both courses follow Bournemouth's seafront paths, passing Boscombe Pier and offering views of the sea. On clear days, runners can see the Isle of Wight, The Needles, and Old Harry Rocks on the Jurassic Coast. The route is described as largely flat and traffic-free.
