Trail Running calendar near Budleigh Salterton 2026-2027

An 8 hour timed out and back event on an old disused train line near Bridestowe with 5.3 km laps and a flexible turn up and start system. Limited to 70 entrants and minimum age 18.

A 7 km fell race with 365 m of ascent in Machen on 31 August 2026. The route runs on steep, loose terrain so trail or fell shoes are recommended and entry is on the day with a £7 fee and age limit over 18.

A Tuesday night charity fun run in early September raising funds for Weldmar Hospice. It features roughly 2K and 5K routes at Grove Farm Estates with entry on the night and no water station.

A 5.25 km off road fell race on Dartmoor with 276 m ascent, starting and finishing at Sourton Village Hall. The course requires self navigation with compulsory checkpoints and includes separate marked junior races and category prizes.
