Course and entries

The course is an out-and-back route on an old disused train line. Each lap is 5.3 km and the surface is a mix of off-road and paved sections with undulating terrain. Participants may complete as few as one lap or up to 14 laps within the permitted time; each lap returns to the same start/finish area. Places are strictly limited and, if capacity is reached, later entrants will be offered a bespoke medal selected from those available on the day.
