Something Wild Festival

The 12th edition of the Something Wild Festival takes place in South Devon, based at a farm site overlooking Hope Cove. The event features a wide range of trail running, swimming, and multisport activities centered around the South West Coast Path, the Avon estuary, and the Salcombe estuary.

The festival hub includes a dedicated campsite suitable for up to 100 tents and camper vans, equipped with compost toilets and warm showers. The site is divided into a camp village and a festival village to facilitate movement for participants and spectators.

Athletes can choose from various distances and disciplines:

  • Rocky Horror SwimRun (Short 6 km, Medium 11.5 km, or Long 17 km)

The weekend begins with a guided family run, followed by swim-run events and shorter trail races on Saturday. Sunday features the longer distance trail events.

Beyond the races, the festival provides various amenities and entertainment. The site includes a cafe and bar serving local beverages, communal meals, and live music.
