Trail Running calendar near Berkeley 2026-2027

Two Tunnels in Bath on 21 February 2027 offers many distances and runs through two long restored, lit and surfaced railway tunnels under the city, with start and finish at Brickfields Park and a charity contribution to Sustrans.

A 7 hour Time Challenge at Dare Valley Country Park on 28 February 2027 offering flexible distances from 3 km up to ultra and 50 km, with medals, distance pins, goody bags and on-course aid at each lap.

March 2027

Trail running event in the Black Mountains with marked 10, 20 and 40 mile routes from Crickhowell, marshals, stocked checkpoints and strict mandatory kit requirements; canicross friendly and GPX routes available.

A winter trail ultra around Bristol’s Community Forest Path with two distances, self navigation, chip timing and checkpoint support. Timelords provide pace and navigation for target finishes of 9, 10, 11 or 12 hours.

The Imber Ultra is an annual trail run of just over 33 miles organised by Avon Valley Runners and the Rotary Club of Westbury, with route details, checkpoints, results and photos provided by the organisers.

A coastal mixed terrain event at Milford on Sea with an out and back 5.3 km lap. Runners pick their distance from 5K to ultra with aid stations, toilets, and a medal for anyone completing at least one lap.

Trail races from Larmer Tree Gardens take runners around the Rushmore Estate with distances from a fun mile to a marathon. Courses pass chalk valleys and woodlands and include multiple feed stations and event medals.

A night time trail 10K at Coombe Abbey Park that requires a head torch and runs across woodland, meadow and fields. Entry fees increase in February and the course includes on course water with biodegradable cups.

Hare Challenge is a running event at Coombe Abbey Park on 9 March 2027, organized by Big Bear Events. The listing shows a single entry price of £40 and an event page with an accompanying video.

Autumn edition of the Run the Wild half marathon is a guided 13 mile trail in the Chiltern Hills with about 300 m ascent, grouped pacing, run leaders, a midroute refreshment point and a finisher’s medal.

A coastal trail run from Swanage seafront to Corfe Castle with three distances including a half marathon. The route passes Old Harry Rocks and Studland and offers a private vintage train return.

A 32 miles point to point ultra from Powis Estate in Welshpool to Caffi Wylfa in Chirk on 13 March 2027, featuring mixed terrain, two aid stations and finishers plates and goodies.

A 24 hour endurance challenge at Alice Holt Forest where runners repeat a 6.7 km loop each hour, finishing each lap within 60 minutes. Multiple distance options are offered and wooden medals are given to participants.

TrailX Women Run is an all female trail event at Culden Faw Estate near Henley on Thames celebrating International Women’s Day, offering 3 km, 6.5 km and 13 km chip timed courses with medals, prizes and on site refreshments.

A volunteer organised spring trail race around Seaton with a near 20 mile coastal and inland course plus a 9 mile Cub option. The weekend includes junior races, wooden finisher medals and steps to reduce single use waste.

A 50km trail ultramarathon through the Chilterns centered at Stonor Park, run as two 25km loops with 4000 ft of climb, five aid stations and full medical support. The event has a nine hour finish limit and medals for all finishers.

Looped trail event from Bath Racecourse offering 50 km, 29 km and 10 km routes through Bath. The event features signed routes with GPS tracking, covered rest stops, medical and massage support, and categories for walkers and competitive run..

Point to point trail races on the South Downs Way offering a 50 mile ultra, a 50 km ultra and a marathon with marked routes, aid stations, coach transfers and an option to plant a tree instead of taking a medal.

Trail races around Escot Park offer a single-lap 10K (about 10.5 km) and a two-lap half marathon, both off-road with climbs and mud; canicross categories are available and medals are awarded to all finishers.
