TrailX Women Run : Culden Faw Estate, Henley on Thames

TrailX Women Run is a women only trail running event held on 14 March 2027 at Culden Faw Estate near Henley on Thames. The event marks International Women’s Day and is organised by an all female team to provide an inclusive environment that supports gender equality and empowerment.

Distances offered:

  • 3k suitable for off road buggies and family participation
  • 6.5k woodland routes over footpaths and tracks
  • 13k longer woodland route with rolling hills and parkland

The 3k route is largely flat and uses open woodland paths. The 6.5k and 13k routes traverse footpaths and tracks through woodland, include climbs and descents across the estate, and offer views toward the Chiltern Hills and the River Thames.

Participants receive chip timed results, finisher medals, and prizes for top runners. The event includes music, wellness activities, refreshments, and voucher codes for partner offers. Entrants are offered benefits such as three months free access to The Running Algorithm training app and a discount on a hydration vest.

Age and entry notes: the 6.5k and 13k are for ages 18 and over. Children aged 10 and under may enter the 3k free when accompanied by a fee paying adult; they will not be timed, will wear a number and receive a medal, and can register on race day. A four race summer series at Dinton Pastures Country Park offering 5 km, 10 km and a 2 km kids race on a traffic free off road course. The event includes chip timing, marshals, medals and on site first aid.

Beyond London runs sections of the Capital Ring on 20 June 2026 with fully signed 25 km and 55 km routes, GPX files, feed stations and chip timing, finishing in Richmond upon Thames.

A 21.2 km trail half marathon at Dunstable Downs on 21 June 2026 featuring 450 m of ascent, marked trails, two aid stations, route downloads, and a 250 runner limit.

Volunteer organised trail races on Horsell Common with family friendly distances from a 2 km kids race to a 21 km option. Proceeds support local charities and the event emphasises minimal environmental impact.
