TrailX Women Run

The TrailX Women Run is an all-female trail running event held at the Culden Faw Estate near Henley-on-Thames. The event is organized by an all-female team and is designed to celebrate International Women's Day. The venue is situated in an area known for its proximity to the River Thames and offers views of the Chiltern Hills.

Participants can choose from three different distances:

  • 3 km
  • 6.5 km
  • 13 km

The 3 km route is a flat course that follows open woodland paths. The 6.5 km and 13 km routes provide a different experience, incorporating footpaths and tracks through woodland. These longer distances feature the rolling hills and parkland of the estate, resulting in varied terrain and elevation changes.

The event includes chip timing for all participants to provide accurate results. Runners receive a finisher medal upon completion, and prizes are awarded to the top performers. The event area features music, wellness activities, and refreshments. The organization focuses on creating an inclusive environment for a community of female runners.
