Lone Wolf South East 2027 - Dynamic Adventures

Lone Wolf South East is an endurance running event scheduled for Saturday 13th March 2027 at Alice Holt Forest, Bucks Horn Oak, Farnham GU10 4LS. The meeting point for participants is the Visitor Centre. The core format uses a repeating loop: runners complete a 6.7 km lap every hour and must finish each lap within 60 minutes to continue. The cycle continues up to 24 laps, with the final lap decided as a race to the finish.

The event offers a range of distance outcomes from the same format; participants may complete distances such as:

  • Half marathon
  • Marathon
  • Ultra marathon

Practical information includes on-site facilities such as a café, a large room for changing and resting, toilets, water points, a first aid station, and paid parking. Participants may use small gazebos or tents near the start and finish for rest areas. Dogs are permitted when kept on leads. Spectators and family members may watch from the start and finish area. Fires and barbecues are not allowed in the forest. Phone signal can be poor in parts of the site. The event is open to people aged 18 and over.

A seven hour timed event on 24 July 2026 along the River Thames where runners choose their distance from a 3 km minimum up to 50 km, with medals, goody bags, aid stations and distance pins for longer achievements.

A Friday running event on a flat 5.3 km out-and-back riverside lap near Walton on Thames offering distances from 5 km to ultra and finishers' medals including spinning Rubber Ducky designs.

A timed, lap format run along The Itchen Way in Winchester with a professionally measured, permitted course. Runners may complete multiple 2.62 mile laps up to ultra distance and receive a bespoke finisher's medal and aid station provisions..
