Trail Running Calendar East Midlands (England) 2025-2026

Take on the Peak District Challenge in Hathersage on 18 to 19 September 2026, choosing distances from 25 km to 100 miles with self navigation or guided walks. Teams get real time GPS tracking and you can fundraise for charity.

Celebrate the 40th anniversary of the High Peak 40, a scenic 40 mile ultramarathon around Buxton blending trail and road terrain. Expect a challenging, well supported course with a 14 hour time limit for an unforgettable autumn test.

Run along the scenic, traffic free Tissington Trail from Parsley Hay to Ashbourne across two days of half marathons, with a gentle downhill and mixed terrain. Enter one or both days for a bespoke medal, photos and race day support.

Run scenic countryside trails at the Clipston Trail Half Marathon and Country 5 Miler, starting from Clipston Recreation Ground. Enjoy rolling hills, a homemade cake at the finish and the feel good factor of supporting local playing fields.

On 17 October 2026 tackle scenic trails on eastern edge of the Peak District with a 20 mile Petit Raid or 31 mile Amberaid 30. Routes form a figure of eight from Ashover with checkpoints, GPX and a medal for every finisher.
