Extras, logistics and charity

On-the-day entry fees (subject to availability) are listed as: 10k £30, 5k £25, Junior Run £7. Parking is available at the event and the parking fee is included in the cost of the ticket. By bus, services 14 and 15 run from Mansfield bus station to Kirton or Walesby; buses run every half hour Monday to Saturday and hourly on Sundays. Included for entrants are a bespoke medal, free photographs, and trophies and prizes for leading runners. A prize is also awarded for best-dressed Santa.
