The Beast of Bamford Fell Race is a winter running event held in the Peak District, featuring a scenic 15 km route with 660 meters of ascent. The course forms a bat-shaped anticlockwise loop around the Hope Valley skyline near Bamford village, passing landmarks like Bamford Moor, Bamford Edge, Ladybower plug holes, and Win Hill, finishing at the Recreation Ground alongside a Christmas Market. For a greater challenge, the Beastier of Bamford offers a 23 km race with 1050 meters of ascent.
