Multiple night trail distances at McDowell Mountain Regional Park near Fountain Hills, AZ. Cupless aid stations, live split tracking, drop bag and crew access, and pacers allowed for the 75K.

A multi discipline endurance weekend from Flagstaff toward the Grand Canyon featuring 100 mile and 55K trail runs, a 100 mile mountain bike race, and relay team options. The course follows the Arizona Trail near the San Francisco Peaks.

Three days of mountain running at Arizona Snowbowl in Flagstaff, AZ featuring a steep Agassiz Hill Climb, races from 5K to 50 miles, new 6 and 12 hour loop events, and a point to point mountain 20K with significant elevation gain.

A backyard ultra near SP Crater in Flagstaff, AZ where competitors run a 4.167 mile loop each hour with about 150 ft of elevation gain until only one runner completes a loop. Water and a personal 10 foot by 10 foot space are provided.

A fully supported 50K trail race in Prescott, Arizona, on rugged granite singletrack with technical climbs and multiple aid stations. The inaugural 2026 field is limited to 100 runners and includes finisher medals and podium awards.

October 2026

Experience an off road trail race through the Coconino National Forest at high altitude. Choose from a marathon, half marathon, or 10k while supporting local college cross country programs in the Arizona Nordic Village.

Saddles 100 in Prescott, AZ on October 3, 2026 features looped 100 and 50 mile trail races plus a new 6.66 mile fun run around Willow Lake. The main course is run clockwise in 2026.

Trail races at Catalina State Park on 10/04/2026, including a 9.3-mile out-and-back on Nature, Bridal and 50-Year Trails and a 5k on Nature and Bridal; registration, amenities, medals and shirt details are provided.

Trail races at Government Prairie in Kaibab National Forest on October 10, 2026 with distances from 1K to 30K. Organized by volunteers, the event donates 100 percent of proceeds to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff.

A 55K trail race on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona that follows Canyon de Chelly to Spider Rock and returns via Bat Canyon trail. The course includes sand, single track, creek crossings and a 1,200 foot climb to the Spider Rock overlook.

A newly routed 10K trail run on October 17, 2026 in Lake Havasu City that circles Lizard Peak and reaches Balanced Rock Cove, featuring single track, technical sections and lake views. Registration opens May 11 with a listed fee of $45.

A trail half marathon in Flagstaff with a sustained climb to the Mt. Elden summit, a single aid station near mile six, primitive parking with limited spaces, and strict cutoffs including a two hour cutoff at the summit.

A point to point trail running event in Sedona on October 17, 2026 offering marathon, 20 mile, 10 mile and 2.5 mile courses. Routes include the Hi Line Trail, marked navigation, aid stations and race shirts with finisher medals.

Cave Creek Thriller offers four trail distances around Cave Creek Regional Park and along the Maricopa Trail. Courses are rocky and exposed, feature regular aid stations, shuttle logistics for some starts, live timing, and an entrant limit..

A 5 km desert trail run at Shangrai La Ranch in New River, Arizona, where nudity is encouraged but not required. Registration includes a day visit with pools, a café, clubhouse and game room, and the race is chip timed.

An endurance event in Prescott, AZ where runners and endurance horses share mixed single-track and dirt-road courses. Distances include a 50 mile loop summiting Mingus Mountain, a 25 mile option, and a 13 mile lollipop loop.

A fall trail series around Cave Creek, Arizona featuring multiple race distances across three dates. Series passes reduce entry cost and the events include cupless options and a points cup competition.
