Support and runner requirements

The event has limited resources. Participants are required to bring a contribution such as cookies, chips, Gatorade, or a similar item. Contributions will be assigned and the required items will be emailed to each runner at least one week before the race. A few aid stations along the route will provide water and the assigned contributions, but runners are encouraged to carry most of what they need.
