Groovin' in the Aspens is a trail running event held at the Fort Valley Trailhead in Flagstaff, Arizona on September 13, 2026. The event offers multiple distance options on trails that run through pines and aspens across local trail systems managed by the organizer Bear Jaw Events.

Course formats include looped routes. The 6K uses smooth, easy green trails near the expo area and is relatively flat. The 10K and 20K use a mix of single track and jeep roads, with the 10K reporting about 682 feet of elevation gain and the 20K about 900 feet of elevation gain. The longer races are composed of named loops: the 30K is one Black loop plus one Blue loop, and the 50K is two Black loops plus one Blue loop. Aid stations will be placed on course no more than seven miles apart.

Early packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, September 11 at Kickstand Kafe, 719 N. Humphreys, Flagstaff, with additional packet pickup available on race day at the trailhead. Entrants receive a custom finisher's medal, a custom event t-shirt, and pre- and post-race snacks. Race-related items will not be mailed to registrants who do not attend.
