The 5k is mostly paved with about one mile on hard-pack dirt. The marathon may measure closer to 26.4 miles, has a 200-runner cap, and requires completion of the first lap under 2:45 and the full race under 6 hours. Children and strollers are allowed in the 5k. Pets are not allowed on the course. Post-race items include a long-sleeve race shirt for early registrants, finisher medals, chip timing with finish line video, race photography, snacks, and a beer garden.
