Red Rocks of Sedona Trail Races is a one-day trail running event in Sedona, Arizona. The courses run on Sedona's southside and include the Hi-Line Trail. The event is point-to-point, starting at the United Methodist Church and finishing at Verde Valley School. Trail Running Escapes operates the race under permit from the Coconino National Forest.

All routes are fully marked and GPX files are provided. Fully stocked aid stations supply water, electrolytes, and energy snacks along the courses. Runners arriving by car use the finish area for parking; a runner shuttle is provided from the finish to the start for an additional fee of $15, or runners may be dropped off at the start (no parking at the start without prior arrangement). The finish area includes a Vendor Village on the soccer field with recovery services and product partners. All registered runners receive a technical race shirt by Columbia Sportswear and a commemorative medal. Weekend activities include a community run, bib pickup, and a pre-race shake out run. The event partners with local organizations and Leave No Trace initiatives and supports NATRO.
