Trail Running Escapes presents a one-day trail running event in Sedona on October 17, 2026, held under permit by Coconino National Forest. The organizer uses trails on Sedona's southside and offers multiple course options across local terrain.

The Mountain Marathon, 20 Miler and 10 Miler are point-to-point courses that require transportation from the finish area to the start. A runner shuttle is available for an additional fee; alternate drop-off arrangements are possible but drivers will not be permitted to park at the start without prior coordination. The 2.5 Miler is a loop-style course that starts and finishes at Verde Valley School where parking is located.
Event weekend includes a community run, bib pickup and a short shake-out run with an opening ceremony the day before the races. The finish area features a vendor village and finish line festivities. All registered runners receive a technical race shirt and a commemorative medal.
