Event Overview
The Soulstice Mountain Trail Run is a trail running event taking place on October 10, 2026, in Government Prairie, Kaibab National Forest, near Parks, Arizona. This is the 27th edition of the event, which also serves as the Jackie Weintraub Memorial Trail Run.

Organizer and Charity
The event is organized by volunteers from the Northern Arizona Trail Runners Association (NATRA LLC). One hundred percent of the race proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff youth mentoring programs.
Registration and Logistics
Early bird registration is available from 6 PM on New Year's Eve through January 7th at a cost of $70 for any race; the fee rises to $80 afterward. The Forest Service permit limits the field to 200 runners. If this limit is exceeded by April 30th, a lottery will be implemented. Legacy runners (those with at least seven Soulstice finishes) who register before April 30th are guaranteed entry. Registration includes a technical t-shirt, race poster, post-race food, and downloadable photos.
Course and Venue
The race is held in the Government Prairie grassland area, west of Flagstaff. The 30K course passes by the historic Beale Wagon Road.
Post-Race Activities
A post-race party features live music, snacks, and beverages at Langner Ranch. An awards ceremony is followed by a raffle. In the evening, free pizza is offered at the Pay N' Take. A post-race yoga class is also available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
