Trail Running calendar near Welshpool 2026-2027

Mynydd Mawr is a midweek race near Caernarfon covering 6.7 km with 450 m of ascent, part of the North Wales Mid Week Series. Navigational skills are required; preregistration is requested and a day-entry fee of £2 applies.

A 5 km fell race near Pengenffordd in South Wales with about 320 m of climb and a route that requires navigational skills. Junior races are available from age 7 and the event is insured by the WFRA.

A score fell race around Longstone Edge starting from the Crispin Inn in Great Longstone. Competitors use SI timing, choose their own routes to collect points within a set time limit, and may enter solo or as pairs across multiple age categ..

A weeklong running series from 1 to 6 June 2026 featuring timed races, distinctive medals and post-race activities. Open to entrants aged 16 and over with entry, refund and transfer rules managed via the Nifty Entries portal.
