A 48 mile point to point ultra from Mid Wales Art Centre to Shrewsbury following the River Severn, with four checkpoints, vegan and gluten free food options, required 4.0 mph minimum pace and a bespoke finisher medal.

A two evening 10K in Exeter on a new flat, officially measured road course with pacer trains for a range of target times. Finishers receive a medal and the event features chip timing and full course marshals.

Self-navigated trail event on 11 July 2026 in the Black Mountains offering 13 to 50 mile routes with GPX tracks, checkpoints, chip timing, medical cover and mandatory kit requirements.

A scenic off-road 10 km through the Otter Valley plus a short fun run around Tipton St John playing field. Routes follow riverside tracks, public footpaths and the old Sidmouth railway line, with camping available.

A timed, multi lap run at Parc Taf Bargoed using a 5.3 km out and back lap. Distances range from 5 km to ultra with a seven hour limit and a medal or no medal entry option.

A new completely off road 15 mile run and walk between Rackenford and Chulmleigh in North Devon. The marked route crosses fields, valleys and river crossings and includes feed stations, first aid, transport and a wooden medal.

A 5.8 km fell race to the summit of Pen y Fan near Brecon with 588 m of ascent, part of the South Wales Series and the 2026 UKA Fell Running Championship; entries are limited and minimum age is over 16.

A 10 km trail race around Stoke Park in Stapleton, Bristol, organised by Town and Country Harriers with half of proceeds to a local charity. The marked route includes steep climbs, rough footing and marshals along the course.

A multi-distance trek and trail event on the Gower Peninsula based at Penrice Castle, offering camping, GPS-tracked routes, covered rest stops, catering, medical support, and finisher rewards across several distances.

Trail races on the private Merthyr Mawr Estate within Merthyr Mawr Warren National Nature Reserve, featuring a 12K course and a new 40K route that extends along the Glamorgan Heritage Coast.

Three coastal ultramarathons on 18 and 19 July 2026 follow Wales Coast Path into Cardiff Bay, offering 100, 50 and 30 mile options across beaches, dunes, cliffs and forest with checkpoint support and GPS tracking.

Experience an off road adventure through the deep mud and water crossings of the Huntley Estate. Participants can choose between various distances and will receive a themed medal upon finishing this muddy trail run.

A 12 hour night trail event at Bridgend Miniature Railway where runners complete as many 10 mile loops as they can across two to three route options, with marked routes, Base Camp support and a 30 runner limit.

A 5k obstacle course at Westpoint, Exeter where participants climb, crawl and slide across mixed surfaces. Participants must be 13 or older and there is a minimum fundraising target; finishing earns a Race for Life medal.

Wye Valley Tunnel Run on 19 July 2026 features fun runs plus 10 km, half marathon and marathon routes that use the Wye Valley Greenway and long tunnel. Courses are well marked with feed stations and event medals.

Two trail races in Aymestrey, Herefordshire, both climbing to the Iron Age hillfort at Croft Ambrey. Routes are fully marked with water stations and a separate juniors 2 km race with medals.

A traditional off-road fell race on 19 July 2026 at Selworthy Beacon, about 4 miles with 1000 ft ascent and self-navigation required; entry is £12 for FRA members and £14 for non-members.

A Trail 10k at Llys y Fran Lake with varied terrain, lakeside and woodland sections, chip timing and a finisher's medal. The race is the second event in the 2026 RTT Series and includes marked routes and water stations.

A short fell race of 5.54 km with 315 m of ascent, run on a partially marked route that requires navigational skill and prior fell-running experience. Entry on the night costs £3 and the event is insured by the WFRA.

A 100 km, 3,178 m ascent ultramarathon on 25 July 2026 following the Beacons Way across the Brecon Beacons. Entry is by application with strict qualifying criteria, mandatory map and compass navigation, six manned checkpoints and compulsory..
