Take on a scenic 34.8 mile one day ultra from Merthyr Tydfil to Barry Island along National Cycle Route 8 on 19 April 2026. Limited to 40 runners, this inaugural edition offers an intimate yet epic challenge with a coastal finish.

Run the wild coastal trails of Pembrokeshire National Park from 10K to Ultra, with cliffs, coves, sandy bays and sweeping sea views. Finishers earn points toward the Endurancelife season leaderboard.
