Discover the Vale Coastal Races on 11 April 2026 with 32.5 mile ultra, 18.5 mile and 10 mile trail options. The Wales Coast Path hugs cliffs, beaches and coves, finishing at Ogmore by Sea with marked notes and checkpoints.

Take on the inaugural MTC Afanc, a one day ultra of about 39.7 miles along National Cycle Route 8 with over 4,200 ft of ascent. Limited entry and GPS tracking make this intimate but demanding race ideal for seasoned ultrarunners.

Tackle the Beast of the Beacons, a supported trail race in the Brecon Beacons offering 10, 20 or epic 40 mile options. Marked routes, well stocked checkpoints and camping make it a proper mountain running weekend.

Cymoedd Sir Fynwy is an LDWA weekend in Abergavenny on 18 and 19 April 2026 with 20, 30 and 50 mile routes exploring the Black Mountains and Blaenavon World Heritage landscape. Expect big climbs, sweeping views and a canal finish.

Take on a scenic 34.8 mile one day ultra from Merthyr Tydfil to Barry Island along National Cycle Route 8 on 19 April 2026. Limited to 40 runners, this inaugural edition offers an intimate yet epic challenge with a coastal finish.
